Creating Magic

May your day be sprinkled with pixie dust

Video Ode to Springtime April 11, 2011

In my previous post … “Oh my”  ( ) … I spoke of a beautiful flower garden the SDFDC (Sonoran Desert Faerie Dust Clan) lead me to on one of my bicycle cruises.   The day after taking photographs I detoured over to Bookman’s, a used bookstore …. and more, in town.  I happened upon a haiku book and thought the haikus would complement the faerie flower photos.  Here is a small video created with the poems and photographs.  I hope you enjoy.

I am glad you like it Carol 😉

  3. Beautiful photos! Inspiring poetry! I loved meeting Kermit in the middle of the video. I’ve always loved that little frog. It seems to me it would be easy to be green. What do you think?

  4. faeriemagic Says:

Hi Nancy, well I think in his natural habitat Kermie is pretty comfortable bein’ green but when he goes into the public with all the human peoples … it is a bit more challenging … however, I ,myself, love him quite dearly 😉

Awesome video, Shannon. Loved your poem . . . and Kermit’s joke. 😀

Thank you Nancy. Yes I thought amongst the haiku wisdom some Kermie humor would be fun too … while I was putting video together with the haikus one of my faerie voices said “hey why don’t you try writing one too while looking at the photo” … 🙂
